Fatmas Global Connect is operated by FATMASGLOBAL (ABN 46 395 579 262), a registered business name of Iony J Hutchinson, Mortdale NSW 2223, Australia ("we", "us"). This page explains what information the app handles.
Your account
- To join, you choose a name and a password. We store your name and a salted, hashed version of your password. We can't read your password.
- We don't ask for your email address, phone number or real name.
- We record when you last used the app.
- You can also enter as a guest, which uses one shared name and stores no account for you.
What you post
- Messages and reactions you post to the shared board are stored and visible to other members. Don't post anything you want kept private.
- Songs you add to the jukebox, and your play history, are stored with your account.
- You can edit or delete your own messages. Deleted messages are hidden from the board.
AI companions (Cuzborg and Fatmasbot)
- Messages you send to Cuzborg or Fatmasbot are sent through our server to Google's Gemini API to generate replies.
- Fatmasbot may keep short notes about members and what's said on the board, linked to your account, so it can talk to you naturally. Please don't share sensitive personal information with it.
- These notes are deleted if your account is deleted.
Notifications
If you turn on push notifications, your browser or device gives us a subscription address that we store so we can notify you. You can turn notifications off in your browser or device settings.
Hosting and storage
The app is hosted by Netlify and its data is stored in a Neon database. These providers process standard technical data such as IP addresses to serve and secure the service. Your browser also keeps a sign-in session on your device.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't run advertising or analytics trackers.
Children
Fatmas Global Connect is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
